Shooting from a sitting position

Shooting from a sitting position. Also from a chair for example.

1 With pulling the firearm
2 Firearm ready for when needed.

Handgun.
Left hand or right hand. Sideways shooting from a chair.
-Shooting to the left side - Left hand trigger pull, left eye open, right eye closed. Or instinct shot.
-Shooting to the right side - Right hand trigger pull, right eye open, right eye closed. Or instinct shot.

And also with a submachine gun, assault rifle and a shotgun.

Important: Also instinctive shooting, without seeing the aligning of the sights. Fast response.

Shooting drills I do 2

Walking around while keeping sight alignment.

-

Sticking the gun out repeatedly and doing a sight alignment each time. Best is to get a sight alignement right away.

Part two: Draws only as fast as possible towards the spot before putting the gun forwards.

Part three is to do a full draw + putting the gun forward + sight alignment.
-In less then 1 second with finger on the trigger is a good goal and then even faster.

-

Shooting while fully on the ground
-All kinds of positions.

Shooting drills I do

Shooting drills I do: Though I can only do simmulations without an actual handgun or assault rifle

Important:
 1 Safety
 Good stance.

-

Handgun:

On one target
 Single shots
 Double shots
 Triple shots

Single shots with high concentration for far shots

On multiple targets:
 Two targets
 Three targets
 Four targets
 Five targets
 Six targets
 Seven or more targets

And:
 90 degree turns
 180 degree turns
360 degree and multiple targets all around
 Kneeling
 With stress test
 Sideways
 Turning
  Slight turns
 1 to 3 minutes
 Walk in
 Walk out
Walk in or out and one-two to one and to five
 With a lot of movement

 Multiple vertical angles
Shooting upwards for shooting through windows

Shooting and moving, for being harder to hit

 From cover position
From cover position, to aim and shoot to cover again

 Speed shooting

Drawing training

Realistic:
With slide pull and magazine release and reloading and shots of magazine capicity
A normal handgun magazine capicity is 5 to 10 bullets, normally 10 bullets
So:
 Magazine loading training
 Loading
 Slide pull
 And:
 Magazine release
 Reloading
Also done seperately

Extra:
 Standing on one foot
  Not for the gun range.

-

Assault rifle
 Single shots
Around the same as handgun drills
And maybe earlier pivot then with a handgun due to stance
 Full auto
Pulling the trigger and keeping it pulled
And go <--- and ---> with the hips. And a strong stance
  For around 4 seconds

Single shots:
 From kneeled position
 Sharp shooting, from laying position

And from standing to a kneeling reload and progress walking in on target(s)

Assualt rifle right to left transition
Can be important for cover positions
  1 Only shoulder change
  2 Full change

+ A lot of things of the first part

-

Shotgun
 A pump everytime
  Single shots
  Two shots, two targets
  Three shots, three targets
Or 1 pump and multiple shots and targets

Also Pump and shoot, pump and shoot, pump and shoot, pump and shoot

+ A lot of things of the first part

-

Assualt rifle to handgun transition
