For two handed bats, maces, batons and sticks which are used as weapons

Knowledge for two handed bats, maces, batons and sticks which are used as weapons. And also for improvised weapons, like longer crowbars/prybars.

A close grip (hands close together), around the base of the weapon: Is for hard attacks.

A wide grip: Is more for faster attacks and also for if there is space shortage.

-

Grip changing is possible.

-From close grip to wide grip. And from wide grip to close grip.

-And from left hand above to right hand above. And from right hand above to left hand above.

-

And sometimes it's possible to hit with the base of the weapon, for critical close by ranges.

A scope and a red dot, both on the assault rifle

A scope and a red dot, both on the assault rifle.

-Scope for far away enemies.
-Red dot for close by enemies.

Tilting the assault rifle to change from scope to red dot or from red dot to scope.

With a scope it's hard to shoot 2-3 closer by enemies, because of the searching needed, it's to zoomed in.
And with a red dot it's hard to shoot far away enemies.

Handgun cocking with tied hands

Handgun cocking with tied hands

Important: using dry fire rounds offcourse for trying this out and for training this.
-Warning: A finger or skin maybe, might get stuck by the ejection port
And it's more only for if really needed.
It's very dangerous with a real round, because a handgun can go off because of a fall,
though most modern handguns do have a safety and it's possible to accidentually
hit and pull the trigger with a finger.

1 You don't have to tie up the hands, just holding the hands and or wrists together
  in multiple ways is possible.
2 It might be useful to warm up the wrists a bit according to my experience.

It's possible to cock a handgun with tied hands by hooking the rear sight to 90 degree angled furniture.
90 degree angled walls.
And more.

It's possible to cock a handgun by trying things out with both hands and or wrists together.

And it's possible to cock a handgun by using the teeth, but it's dangerous for the teeth and I would not advice doing it unless really needed or maybe with some padding on the biting area just to try it out.

I all thought this up myself. So it's mostly experimental.

Handgun cocking with one hand

Handgun cocking with one hand
-Only with right
-Only with left

ways to prevent this by doing it correctly.

You can single handedly cock a handgun by rotating the gun 90 degrees downward and then
pulling the slide with 4 fingers while the thumb  holds the handgun in place and also pushes down.

Handgun as an improvised weapon techniques (update)

1:
Thrusts with the front side of the handgun, at the side of the muzzle.

Hammering with the underside of the grip, with the underside of the magazine.
-Can be done multiple ways

Hooks with the side of the rear side of the handgun.
-I thought this one up myself, and it's experimental, I haven't tested it against
something yet (I've only got a replica which can't shoot bullets)

-

2:
Turning the handgun upside down and hammering with the side of the rear side

For military clothing and other clothing

Army roll method for clothing.
-Ranger roll method

Around: Basicly making the clothing so it can be rolled and then a small fold at the start and then rolling the clothing and putting the fold over it or partly over it.
-It's easy to search it up.

It saves a lot of space and it's more organised.

Knife fighting - grips

Basics:

Normal/basic grip, forward knife grip
With two different grips on the knife:
-Normal knife grip and a normal grip on the knife
-Normal knife grip and a saber grip on the knife

Reverse grip
1 Edge outwards
2 Edge inwards

With more information and experimental parts:

Normal grip
-Knife upward and edge outwards
Normal grip part 2:
-Normal grip
With the thumb over 1 or 2 fingers for example
 -Good and stable grip
-In my experience better for stabbing
 -Less chance of being disarmed
-Saber grip
Where the thumb is placed on the top of the handle or the spine of the blade
-In my experience the blade will tilt less out of the hand while doing slashes
but I haven't tried it with full force.

Reverse grip
-Edge outwards
-Edge inwards
Reverse grip part 2:
-Normal grip
With the thumb over 1 or 2 fingers for example
-Thumb on the heel
-In my experience this can be beneficial for stabbing
but I haven't tried it full force yet.

Experimental, theorethical military knife fighting manual

Warning this is an experimental theorethical military knife fighting manual.
It should normally not be used and or only if really needed and if legal to use for defending oneself.

Basics:
Normally it's best to do fast attacks. And not doing a long range of motion before a slash for example.
-There are all kinds of stabs and slashes.
-Stabs can easily be done hard and fast.
And basicly only do hard slashes (with a long range of motion before the slash)
and extra hard stabs if possible and do that at the right time.

-

Defense:
Evading
-Is very important
And use the other hand wisely
-You can diverd the enemies knife. You can grab the hand with which the enemy is holding a knife. And you can grab the enemy
 to stab repeatedly.

Also important:
Agility and movement

-

Important: Basicly a stab is more lethal then a slash

Areas to stab:
One stab kill
-Stab into the skull, head at the right place, hitting the brain to the needed extend.
--Basicly forehead, top of the head and the top sides at the side of the head.

Very possible one shot kill or full incapicitation
-Stab at the right place in the neck

Very possible kill (though not instant) + atleast high incapicitation
-Stab through the heart, far enough
The heart is more in the center of the chest angled to the right if you look at an enemy.
-Stab to the liver (at the left side if you look at an enemy (lookup exact position, hight))
-Through the ribs into the lungs, for a collapsed lung

And:
-The back, spine
-The throat (also causes difficulty breathing)

-

Causing bloodloss can also be a way to win a knife fight
-Know where the arteries are
--Two very important arteries are: Common carotid artery and the internal jugular vein at the throat. It's said it's best to severe them with a stab.

-

Cause the enemy to not be able to hold his knife

-

A kick is possible but can be dangerous, I would not really advice it.
-Front kicks can be of use.

-

Training with another person or multiple people:
Train with rubber knifes and eye protection.
-Tip: Anti condensation, anti fog eye protection
Extra: Taking on two or more people in training with a rubber knife while they offcourse also use
       a rubber knife

Crouching, military crawling training and more

Crouching, military crawling
-Forwards
-Backwards
-Sideways
-Diagonally
-Circling, left and right

Keep low
Keep head low
-Extra: Lowest head position, is with the head sideways nearest to the ground, but this is more awkward
Also keep ass low
If the opportunity is there or very much needed, crouching higher, with a higher posture is faster
And look at the environment, you can see where you have more camouflage, because of vegitation
and where you for example have a slight sand hill, for protection or anything like that.

Crouching on all kinds of terrains and surfaces
-Sand
-Grass
-Wet sand and slight mud
-Wet grass
-On hard surfaces (with knee pads and maybe other protection)
And:
-Uphill
-Downhill

A crouching, military crawling parcourse
