My experience with two rear sights on a changeable rear sight

For a changeable rear sight. which can be changed almost instantly.

Personal.

Rear sight which is rectangle with a small rectangle groove, and round and | on the front.

-I use this one with normal light.

-Better accuracy maybe.

Round rear sight, quit big. And a round front sight, with a |

-I use this one with lower amounts of light.

-Easier to aim and faster. More to see, and more light comes trough.

Assault rifle or other rifle as an improvised weapon.

Two hands.

Some are experimental to try.

Forwards thrusts

Rear stock attacks, forwards

Side and corner of the barrel attacks, forwards

Rear stock bashes or battering rams, if possible, forwards or forwards from a sideways posture.

Two hands forwards at the same time, rifle or assault rifle held level or angled, two hands both thrust

forwards, hands are basicly kept synchronical

Grabbing the rear stock or the barrel and sideways or downward swings with the assault rifle.

Downward thrusts. Grabbed at the barrel. Or grabbed at the rear stock and one hand on the end of the rear stock.

Firearm knowledge - Overheating and more

Firearm overheating.

Firearm meltdown.

-

A firearm can overheat when repeatedly firing a lot of bullets, rounds.

-

Tests concerning firearm overheatings are mainly done with high safety.

And tests concerning firearm meltdowns are mainly done with high safety.

-The barrel can even become glowing red and with critical, to failure tests parts can break and fly off, of the front of the firearm.

Experimental notes for submachine gun

Running and shooting with a submachine gun.

And also sprinting.

Very fast

Very versatile

Fast from one target to the other

Sudden targets and shooting them fast

Firing, Running, Firing, Sprinting, Firing

To still or walking at the right times for shooting.

Shooting and walking at the same time.

Running and shooting at the same time. From fast running to slower running and shooting for example.

And fast ambushes. With extremely fast shooting and taking down enemies extremely fast, going from one target to the other extremely fast.

Also: Running to cover.

Diving or, gliding, sliding to cover or to be completely behind low cover.

      Fast corner shooting, safest ways.

Reloading while running.

Normal firing

And hip fire

Knowing which instinctively

Taking rests at the right times

-Enough cover, safe place, good place

-

Training accordingly

A scope and a red dot, both on the assault rifle

A scope and a red dot, both on the assault rifle.

-Scope for far away enemies.
-Red dot for close by enemies.

Tilting the assault rifle to change from scope to red dot or from red dot to scope.

With a scope it's hard to shoot 2-3 closer by enemies, because of the searching needed, it's to zoomed in.
And with a red dot it's hard to shoot far away enemies.

Shooting from a sitting position

Shooting from a sitting position. Also from a chair for example.

1 With pulling the firearm
2 Firearm ready for when needed.

Handgun.
Left hand or right hand. Sideways shooting from a chair.
-Shooting to the left side - Left hand trigger pull, left eye open, right eye closed. Or instinct shot.
-Shooting to the right side - Right hand trigger pull, right eye open, right eye closed. Or instinct shot.

And also with a submachine gun, assault rifle and a shotgun.

Important: Also instinctive shooting, without seeing the aligning of the sights. Fast response.

Idea: Being able to memorise and shoot targets blindfolded

Being able to look at a target, memorise it and being able to shoot it blindfolded

Very important: Extra safety
-It should be possible to shoot in any direction, also upwards and far.
-Bullets travel a long way and come down again, if shot upwards.
No one should be around offcourse
 And maybe more.

1 Being able to do blindfolded sight alignments. Or just closing the eyes (easier).
Doing stick outs and full draws and sight alignemnts. And afterwards looking
if the sight alignment was right.
2 Pointing at something, memorising it, lowering the hand and being able
to point at it directly without looking. And then looking if it was right.
2.5 Looking at the target, closing the eyes and then being able to point at it.
3 First pointing the gun at the target with sight alignment, lowering the gun
closing the eyes, doing a full with sight alignemnt and shooting the target.
and hearing if it was hit.
4 Looking at the target, closing the eyes doing a full with sight alignemnt and shooting the target.
and hearing if it was hit.

Part 2, even harder:
First turning 90 degrees to 180 degrees and then hitting the target.
And then just circling with the eyes closed and then being able to hit the target.

Idea: Being able to shoot at a sound source blindfolded

Strange and interesting shooting skill I thought up.

Shooting blindfolded towards a sound and hitting the target in front of it.
-So something that makes a sound + target in front of it.
 -Or a more advanced setup.

Very important: Safety
-You should be able to shoot into any direction including upwards and far.
(bullets can travel a long way when shot upwards and come down again).
And you might shoot down or upwards too much because it's very hard to aim while blindfolded.
 Offcourse nobody should be near.
 And maybe more.

Important: Being able to align front and rear sight blindfolded..
-Full draw and closed eyes front and rear sight alignment.
-Simply open the eyes to see if the sights were alignt
And offcourse being able to align front and rear sight while sticking the gun out.
And being able to hold the front and rear sight alignment while turning.

Firearms trainings and drills - Two handed and one handed shooting with assualt rifles and more

Two handed shooting.
-Right handed main grip and trigger pull
-Left handed main grip and trigger pull

One handed shooting. When wounded for example. (safety is very important)
-Right hand
-Left hand

It's possible to train all and can be of use. Though it can be most adviced to train mainly train your main way of shooting.
And changing it up sometimes while shooting a single magazine is possible.

With an assualt rifle, when you have a not to wide cover, you can shoot from both sides by changing up your grip, this can be useful or even
important for tactics.
-Putting it against the right shoulder with a right hand trigger pull for shooting from the right side
and putting it against the left shoulder with a left hand trigger pull for shooting from the left side

Important:
-Right handed shooting: Right eye open and for aiming, left eye closed
-Left handed sooting  : Left eye open and for aiming, right eye closed
Being able to hold one eye open and one eye closed at both sides is a good skill.
-And you can train this for both eyes

Firearms trainings and drills - Handgun two handed and one handed shooting and more

Two handed shooting.
-Right handed grip and trigger pull and left hand supports and pulls slide, cocks the gun
-Left handed grip and trigger pull and right hand supports and pulls slide, cocks the gun

One handed shooting.
-Right hand
-Left hand

It's possible to train all and can be of use. Though it can be most adviced to train mainly train your main way of shooting.

Handgun shooting - Slide pull, cocking without using the other hand

Partly theorethical and experimental.
Imporant: Safety.

More:
You can pull the slide, cock the gun with one hand if really needed.
-On the upperleg.
-Just something or somehow you can get enough traction or hook the rear sight or clamp it to cock it.
--Biting down on the slide (at the right place) and then pulling the slide might even be possible.
Important: This basicly isn't for regular training. But it can be very useful to be able to do this if needed. So training it atleast once is not a bad idea (with enough safety knowledge, also especially for this).

More advanced reloading

Without firing shots, reloading only.

Reloading while looking at the gun and the magazine.
Blindfolded reloading.
Reloading while walking and looking at the gun and the magazine
Reloading while walking and only looking at the gun or not looking at the gun and the magazine
Reloading while running and while looking at the gun and the magazine.
Reloading while running  and only looking at the gun or not looking at the gun and the magazine.
Reloading while running very fast  and only looking at the gun or not looking at the gun and the magazine.

And also increase the reloading speed with each of the above.

Update: Doing speed reloads and tactical reloads like this.

Update: Reloading while kneeled. Reloading from cover. Reloading while laying on the ground.
